Don Vilfer and Pam Hanback, both Former FBI Special Agents and Attorneys, lead the downtown Boise Office where we serve clients throughout Idaho. Don and Pam are residents of the area and have been serving law firms and businesses in Idaho since 2009. Both are court approved experts on Computer and Cell Phone Forensics. Don has also testified as an expert on Cell Tower Location, Fraud and assorted other areas of expertise. Pam has extensive investigative experience both during and after her FBI career and is often called upon to conduct sensitive workplace, Title IX or sexual harassment investigations. As most high-tech matters ultimately result in a need for eDiscovery, Digital Evidence Ventures is equipped with industry-leading tools and methods to produce discovery in the appropriate formats for litigation.
